Cooling gel mat

I know I have been posting a LOT of reviews lately but I've been a busy bee right here after Christmas and I've been blessed to receive quite a few items for free or deeply discounted to offer my honest review. And anyone who knows me, knows that I don't pull any punches, I tell it how it is with constructive criticism.
With that said, I freaking LOVE this MAT!!!!! Ok so when I received it it seemed to be made of a gel or slightly mushy medium with a blue cloth cover. When I received it, It was shipped folded into thirds so that's exactly how I popped it into the freezer.
 I was delighted to find that as well as the cloth cover that is sewn around it, it also comes with a removable, washable case as well. When I pulled it out of the freezer, I was surprised to find that it was flexible. I honestly expected it to be hard to flatten out to put into it's washab;e case but it was really easy to put into the case.
Due to my multiple sclerosis, I suffer from headaches, carpal tunnel, spasms in my neck and shoulders among other places, and insomnia which contributes to my fatigue which is probably one of my most crippling symptoms. My daughters also suffer from complaints such as stomach issues, severe menstrual cramps and headaches. We found that this little mat worked wonders anywhere you used it. My middle daughter has actually taken it hostage and I had to wrestle it away from her to do my youtube post earlier lol
